We are delighted to share our feedback on the experience we had with M/s. Jubilant Autoworks Pvt. Ltd sales team from our first visit till the Delivery of the vehicle, MG Hector – Smart variant. It’s our long-time desire to have a good family car. When we first stepped into the MG showroom, M/s. Jubilant Autoworks Pvt. Ltd at Mahadevapura, Ms. Preetha.K, the sales Consultant welcomed us and gave us an over-view about the MG Hector & Hector plus variants. We had a test drive too. The headroom, leg-space, road view, comfort etc., were so good in Hector and we were attracted by it. Our children loved its comfort. Today we were able to own this car. The warm welcome and the clarification/co-ordination extended by the sales team at various stages till the delivery of the vehicle were good. We thank the sales team of M/s. Jubilant Autoworks Pvt. Very professional approach. I booked the car last week of Feb and they promised me the delivery by end of March. They kept their promise. The Mahadevapura branch was quick to respond and they gave me solutions to all small hurdles I faced in the process. Especially Mr. Naveen and Mr. Saravanan were very helpful and taking lead resolving all queries / help required by me. The rest staff were also quite helpful; which I was not my experience in dealing with Kalyan Nagar MG showroom.
